David and I are husband and wife. Both
Nutritionists and both have been in the medical
and pharmaceutical industries for nearly 30
years. We have witnessed countless changes and
developments in our health care system, which led
us to believe that things had improved. The reality
was until we returned to the classroom; we were
amazed that two educated individuals could be so
ignorant about our own health. If we felt this way
and we worked in the industry, how were those
who are struggling to get by day-to-day, coping
with health issues?
Recognizing that our health care system was little
more than a “sick care system”, led us to where we
are today.
I Want it All
We wrote “I Want it All”, because Baby
Boomers want everything. They want great health;
great information, great recipes, great coping
skills, great, great, great everything ……and we all
want it NOW!
We were frustrated when individuals came to us
to inquire about which DIET should they follow?
Which book could we recommend that would assist
them in understanding their own symptoms? The
problem was, we could not locate one favourite.
Nothing was in one book. There were books that
told you what to eat,
there were books that told you
what not to eat, and there were
cookbooks galore, with one or two
favourite recipes but none that
had it all. So we decided to
write our own.
Talents
I, being Lady Samm, have more words
so I do most of the writing. I also write
all of the sends each day with the graphics.
David is the editor and researcher. I run
everything by him. Together we make a
formidable team dedicated to better health
for everyone.
Mumm Goodiddl as you will all come to know
is decked out within our site as well as daily
emails. Everyone loves her! You just can’t help
yourself. She is my assistant and what an assistant
she is, she really keeps me together on
my worst days.
And then we have Marcine Chamberlain who
is our illustrator (talented woman she is)
who happens to get into my head way too
easily (which is fine by me, saves on frustration).
Then there is Pamela Foreman who created
our new logo. She is by far the most talented
creative logo designer that we know. Especially
in the area of Baby Boomer designs.
And holding it all together is Janet King who has
been instrumental in maintaining and managing
our web site for years.
Nobody does it alone! We all want it all, and
thanks to a great team we do have it all.
