Trying to figure out what is for breakfast, lunch, snacks
and dinner is a thing of the past.
We provide you with complete Food Plans with multiple
choices of recipes that our members glow about and
a variety of interest files. Interest files explain the whys
and why nots of certain pseudo foods. What are the new food trends,
what diets are coming in and phasing out and entertaining information
that your friends and family will consider you as a wealth of food news.
On top of all this, for $5.00 a week( members only) you also have a link to Nutritionists
who will also answer all of your dietary questions all within 24 hours or less.
We have a variety of Food Plans. I create all of the recipes
from my our kitchen. After 3 years of Culinary Arts and a love
of food chemistry it is one of the reasons why members continue
their membership, year after year. I have created over 22 Food Plans
here is a sample of a few of them.
By the way, each Plan is filled with Topics that are current, information
that you will not get in the news or in magazines.
Some Sample Food PLANS
Plan A is our Detox Plan.
This Plan provides members with a thorough cleaning
of the liver. For years our body has been talking
to us, we possibly did not know what it was telling us.
There were many symptoms that were telling us what
was right with our body. Again we just did not understand.
This Plan explains all of that and more.
After the detox, which is 7 days and done with food
not purchased concoctions, you will note what healthy
is really about. You will have no hunger pains, no cravings
and your taste buds will be retrained.
Plan B and C (is a follow up after you have been detoxed)
An opportunity for your taste buds to be introduced to new foods
and recipes that are easy to prepare and kids of all ages will love them.
These two plans build up your body's defence system. And the recipes
are something our members rave about daily.
Plan D is our Italian Plan as we have many members who are
of Italian origin who wanted to have a variety of recipes that
were balanced. They approved.
Summer Plan takes advantage of all the produce that are in season.
Burgers and colourful fruitful salads that will have everyone wanting
to be your next best friend. They will even ask you if you will entertain
making them lunches. Our Summer Plan was introduced last year with
amazing feedback. They want more...Well our Garden of Eating
Plan will continue this year.
Garden of Eating is a Plan that will top our Summer Plan of last
year. With Summer Smoothies, and Salads and BBQ recipes,
this will no doubt be a favourite of all our members.
5 Colour Plan was just introduced and this is a Plan
that provides members with an easy way to introduce
5 colours of fruits and veggie per day to assist in spring cleaning.
Smoothies, salads, sammwiches, are in abundance.
Vegetarian Plan was introduced after many members
were curious about trying one that was completely balanced.
No meat, no fish, only eggs, cheese, veggies and fruits
are part of this mix. The feedback was appealing
but they were ready for a change.
Tune Up Plan is ideal for those who may have fallen
off Plan due to vacation time, emotional upsets after
a long season or just want that cleaned out feeling once again.
Rather than returning to the Detox, this is a gentler
tune up and one that we provide as a FREE testing
to possible new members. It has a variety of some of
our favourite soups, sammwiches as well as appetizing
dinner choices.
Common Sense Plan was created when the season
of fresh produce was limited. So it made common sense
to take advantage of apples, pears, citrus fruits,
sweet potatoes, winter squash....This plan is only introduced
at the end of the winter season in preparation of spring.
Anti-ageing Plan is one that takes advantage of anti-oxidants
that will be introduced this summer. It will highlight how
we can slow down the ageing process and it will be filled
with topics that Baby Booomers will be raving about.
Other plans that will be detailed at a later date
will be our BBQ Plan, Fibre Plan, Liquid Plan,
Fall back Plan and Holiday Plan...
